To ensure the acceptance of a return or exchange request, the request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

  • The shipment must be in its original condition and accompanied by its size tag.
  • No requests will be accepted after the specified period has expired.
  • Any products that have been damaged or lost their tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Each shipment is allowed only one process: either an exchange or a return. 

If a double request (exchange and return) is desired, the customer must clarify that, as double processes will only be accepted if the shipment includes more than one product.

In the case of a return or exchange request, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.

If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is received, we offer a full refund or a free replacement of the product with no additional shipping costs, within just 7 days from the date of receipt.
